GhostLink Monitoring provides link and redirect risk analysis. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, request a demo, or submit a URL through the GhostLink Free Link Check.

Information We Collect

When you submit the Free Link Check, we may collect your email address, company name, submitted URL, scan result, final URL, redirect chain, risk classification, request timestamp, IP address, browser user-agent, Turnstile verification outcome, and basic anti-abuse signals.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide your requested link-check result, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve GhostLink Monitoring. If you separately opt in to educational and promotional email, we may follow up about redirect monitoring and GhostLink. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not affect requested reports or service-related messages.

Website and Funnel Analytics

GhostLink records limited first-party website events, such as resource views, Free Link Check progress, Checkout progress, and onboarding completion. These records may include an anonymous browser identifier, page path, content name, campaign parameters, referring domain, timestamp, browser user-agent, and a one-way hash derived from the request IP address. Marketing analytics do not include the email address, company name, submitted URL, or form contents.

We use these events to understand which educational resources are useful, diagnose conversion problems, and improve the path from a resource article to the Free Link Check and paid monitoring.

What Not To Submit

Do not submit passwords, credentials, private portals, confidential URLs, internal systems, or links you are not authorized to check.

GhostLink uses cloud and security service providers to operate the website, verify anti-bot challenges, analyze links, store request records, and send email.
